A startup or a business line. The full what-to-make-and-what-to-skip plan.
Portfolio review
A larger business. Multiple areas and stakeholders, priced to scope.
The thinking doesn't get cheaper for smaller clients — there's just less to look at.
Build — make it, properly
A fixed-price project with a clear start and end. Built to last, with the foundation that makes everything after it cheap. Milestone-based, with a deposit up front.
Priced to the work. We scope it precisely in the Focus step, so there are no surprises.
Continuity — keep it alive
A flat monthly fee. Ongoing improvements and new work (a set amount in progress at a time), plus the upkeep that keeps everything live and current. Starts once the build ships.
If something turns into a major new build, that's its own fixed-price project — so this stays steady and predictable.
Cloud and hosting billed at cost — never marked up. Where a result is clearly measurable, we'll sometimes take a share of it instead. Anything new always starts with paid discovery.
